In March 2016, the Labor Department issued an employment agency license (License no: 52797) to introduce suitable jobs for grass-roots workers through job placement services, to enhance employment in the market and to provide job opportunities for grass-roots workers.

In line with the grass-roots public services, the company promised not to charge any fees to the applicant.
